How to be more effective in lockdown
In these times, we are all home 🏡and this is creating a lot of stress, we are living in randomness, and sometimes we can’t control our time 🕔or be effective, but to be a leader you need to be intentional about your growth and your effectiveness.🎯
One of the things that will help you be more effective and decrease your stess is through this morning routine, be intentional to set aside 1 1️⃣hour of your time, wake up early 🔆before everyone and do some reading,📖 that will make you start thinking, then do mediation.🧘♀️

after meditating for 15-20 minutes, grab a pen and paper and write down what your thinking✏✏ journal for 10-15 minutes and see how this routine will change your whole day and life,
